Sydney Medical Service provides home visits by qualified doctors for urgent, non-life-threatening medical concerns that can’t wait until the next day. These may include:

• Urinary tract infections

• Gastroenteritis

• Migraines and acute headaches

• Earaches and high fever

• Minor injuries and infections

• Elderly care needs such as falls, acute confusion, cellulitis, and respiratory tract infections

Appointments can be made easily by phone or online:

• Phone lines open:

  • Weekdays from 6:00 PM

  • Saturdays from 12:00 PM

  • 24 hours on Sundays and public holidays

After your visit

A detailed medical report is securely sent to your regular doctor at Southern Doctors Clinic. If any tests are ordered (e.g., bloods or imaging), the results are also sent to us for follow-up and continuity of care.

Fees and billing

Bulk billing is available for all patients with a valid Medicare or Gold DVA card.

If you do not hold one of these cards, a consultation fee applies — this will be advised at the time of booking. A receipt will be provided for private insurance claims.
