Appointments are required. We do no accept walk-ins unless in the case of a medical emergency.

The following patients are eligible for bulk billing:
DVA patients
Pension cardholders
Concession cardholders
Healthcare cardholders
Children under 16 years of age
All other patients are charged a fee. For more information, please read our fees.

There are times when our doctors may run late due to emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. We encourage patients to contact us and see how their doctor is running for time.

A standard consultation is approx. 15 minutes in duration. A long consultation is approx. 30 minutes in duration.
We recommend a standard consultation if you have 1-2 concerns to discuss with one of our doctors. If you have multiple concerns, we recommend booking a long consultation. This ensures that our doctors run to time, and that other patients are seen on time.

Our receptionists will process your claim once payment is complete. Medicare will then deposit the rebate in your nominated bank account within 24-48 hours. For more information on nominating a bank account, please vistit the Services Australia website by clicking here.

Yes! To ensure you receive your results on time, we highly encourage our patients to be proactive in their healthcare and organise a follow-up appointment with their GP to discuss their results.

All patients are eligible for a telehealth consultation, given they have attended our practice for a face-to-face consultation within the past 12 months. Patients who have not had a face-to-face consultation in the past 12 months are not eligible for telehealth consultation as per Medicare guidelines.

Yes. If you are wanting to become an ongoing patient of our practice, you can request that your previous medical practice sends a copy of your medical records to us.

It is common practice for medical practices to charge patients a small fee to transfer their medical records to their new doctor. All medical record transfer fees are payable by the patient.

It is common practice that medical practices charge a transfer of medical records fee. We have implemented these fees to cover the administration, and postage & handling costs associated with the transfer process.
The fee to transfer your medical records from our practice to your new doctor is $30.00 per patient. Additional family members aged under 18 years are charged at an additional $20.00 per patient.

We don't generally do home visits. If you believe you need a home visit, please speak to your doctor.
This service, if possible, is available to exisiting patients only, and is subject to the doctors availability and will attract additional fees.

No. Our car park is for staff only.
In saying this, there is ample all-day, free street parking on Park Rd and Duke St.
