Patient Feedback
Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve. We welcome your comments, suggestions and concerns.
We want to hear from you
Whether you’ve had a positive experience, have a suggestion for improvement, or would like to raise a concern, your feedback is important to our team.
Share your experience
Tell us what has worked well for you and your family when visiting Southern Doctors Clinic.
Suggest an improvement
If there’s something we could do differently or make easier, we’d like to know.
Raise a concern
If you have a concern about your experience or care, you can contact us directly so we can look into it.
Have a concern about your care?
If you have a concern about your experience at Southern Doctors Clinic, we encourage you to contact us directly. Speaking with us gives our team an opportunity to understand what happened, address your concerns and identify ways we can improve.
Prefer to contact an external complaints service?
You can also contact the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) on 1800 043 159 or email hccc@hccc.nsw.gov.au.
Your feedback helps shape our practice
From time to time, we invite our patients to take part in patient feedback surveys. These surveys help us understand your experience and identify opportunities to improve our practice.
How does it work?
You may receive an invitation by email after your appointment to complete a short survey. If you prefer, a paper survey may also be available at reception.
Is my feedback anonymous?
Our patient feedback surveys are designed to protect your privacy. For our CFEP survey, responses are provided to the practice as a summarised report rather than identifying individual responses.
If you receive an invitation to participate, we would appreciate you taking a few minutes to share your experience.
Thank you for helping us improve
Every piece of feedback gives our team an opportunity to learn and continue improving the care and service we provide to our community.
