Health Assessments
Health assessments are an opportunity to check in on your overall health, identify potential health risks early and discuss ways to support your wellbeing as you get older.
Prevention starts with knowing your health
A health assessment gives you and your healthcare team an opportunity to look at your health more broadly. It can help identify health concerns or risk factors early and provide an opportunity to discuss lifestyle, preventative care and any concerns you may have.
Types of Health Assessments
Different health assessments and health checks are available depending on your age, health and circumstances. Your GP can help determine which assessment may be suitable for you.
