This comprehensive health check helps identify any health concerns early, supports your overall wellbeing, and ensures you receive the care and support that's right for you.
What happens during the assessment?
Your assessment will be completed with one of our experienced practice nurses and includes:
A review of your medical and family history
Blood pressure, height, weight and other health checks
A discussion about your lifestyle, wellbeing and any health concerns
Identification of any risk factors and preventative health needs
After your assessment, you'll have a separate appointment with your GP to discuss your results, answer any questions, and develop a personalised healthcare plan.
