Our practice fees have increased slightly. This is because the rebate you will receive from Medicare has increased. If you have any questions about these changes, you can contact us and one of our receptionists can assist you.

Patients with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) are eligible for a maximum of 5 bulk-billed consultations with Tina.
Follow-up consultations after your eligible bulk-billed sessions are $80.00 (Medicare rebate of $58.30)

Claiming Medicare rebates
Patients who hold a valid Medicare card are entitled to a rebate for their consultation. Once payment has been approved, one of our friendly receptionists will transmit your claim to Medicare.
Once this claim has been transmitted, you can expect to receieve your rebate within 24-48 hours into your nominated bank account. To check/update the bank account details linked to your Medicare card, please click here.
Patients Without a Medicare Card (private patients)
Patients who do not hold a Medicare card can consult with our doctors as a private patient. This means that you are required to pay the full fee for your consultations and services at SDC. You are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
Our receptionists will provide you with an itemised receipt that you can provide to your private health insurance provider and claim. Our receptionist do not assist with insurance claims.
